Youth Innovation
Innovation is a driving force in transforming agrifood systems to become more inclusive, sustainable, resilient, and future-ready. Achieving this transformation requires empowering the next generation—those who will inherit and address today’s most pressing food, agriculture, and climate challenges—by fostering youth-led innovation and entrepreneurship.
The World Food Forum (WFF) Bangladesh Youth Innovation Program serves as a national platform dedicated to empowering young innovators, with a particular focus on youth from around the Bangladesh. It provides equitable access to knowledge, mentorship, networks, capacity-building opportunities, and resources that enable young people to develop, scale, and implement innovative solutions for agrifood systems transformation.
With a strong emphasis on supporting young researchers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, the Youth Innovation Program is cultivating a vibrant global innovation ecosystem. Through collaboration with national/international organizations, governments, academia, the private sector, civil society, and development partners, the program accelerates youth-driven innovation and strengthens the collective effort to build sustainable, resilient, and inclusive agrifood systems in Bangladesh.
